The time share industry has become an important revenue source for successful resorts. Through our work for the Trapp Family Lodge we assisted in the management of two, five star timeshare programs. We oversaw the rental, resale and exchange programs with Interval International for one hundred, two bedroom guest house units. The luxurious Villas at the lodge were part of a new fractional timeshare program. We developed maintenance and housekeeping procedures, oversaw rentals and worked out the exchange program with The Registry Collection. Building relationships with owners and working closely with the board of directors to ensure that the five star standards were constantly adhered to and improved upon.
